- Deadlift 1 RM : 275lb -> 365lb
- Back Squat 1 RM : 175lb -> 225lb
- Front Squat 1 Rm : 175lb -> 205lb
- Overhead Squat 1 RM : No Record-> 195lb
- Shoulder Press 1 RM : 125lb -> 135lb
- Bench Press 1 RM : No Record -> 185lb
- Push Press 1 RM : 135lb -> 145lb
- Push Jerk 1 RM : 155lb -> 170lb…
- Power Hang Clean 1 RM : 155lb -> 185lb
- Squat Clean 1 RM : I had never did it before went to your gym -> 185lb(in July 18 2013)
- Power Snatch 1 RM : x -> 115lb
- Squat Snatch 1 Rm : x -> I didn’t
- Clean & Jerk 1 RM : x -> Maybe 175lb
