I wanted to do nutrition coaching as I had been slowly gaining weight and didn't understand why. I went to the gym a lot, thought I ate well, and was getting lots of sleep. I ate treats, but I didn't think it mattered as I was so active. It was a lot of learning and realizing there is no good or bad food, just what you choose to fuel your body with... I learned how my emotions and lack of sleep play such a huge part in sugar craving.
