200m Partner Carry (Carry a Sandbag if mod is needed)

40 Box Jump Overs 24/20”

60 Tuck-ups (sit-ups if you did tucks first round)

80 KB Swings 24/16kg

100 Doubleunders (75 Double Unders or 300 Singles as mod)
