2 rounds of 15 air squats / 15 banded good mornings

 

Mobility:

Roll quads and glutes

60s couch stretch & 60s pidgin pose

 

WOD A)

In 15 min establish a 1 RM squat clean

 

WOD B)

Start barbell complex ~50% of 1RM clean, try to make small weight increase each set if possible, record best completed unbroken set.

 

Every 90 seconds for 10 rounds:

5 x Deadlifts

4 x Hang power cleans

3 x Thrusters

 

WOD C) 75 Hollow rocks
