This week will be a de-load in preparation for testing next week and the end our current training cycle. Stick to the plan and keep weights and volume a bit lower as prescribed.

Monday: Labour Day – Partner conditioning WOD
Tuesday: Push Press/UB Strength + WOD
Wednesday: Front Squat/LB Strength + Conditioning
Thursday: Power Clean + Deadlift
Friday: Snatch + WOD
Saturday: Benchmark WOD
Sunday: Clean & Jerk + Accessory strength
