Program Summary: July 10th – 16th 2017
After a successful re-test week 2 weeks ago to end our last 3 month training cycle, we are taking another week to enjoy some pressure-free training before getting into a new cycle. This week will feature some new and challenging exercises, that will test your balance, coordination, stability, and ability to adapt, along with strength and fitness of course!
