Program Summary for December 11th – 17th:
This is the start of our 2 week “re-test” of some benchmark lifts and workouts to close out our current training cycle. Rest up, and come in prepared to give these workouts your full effort!
Monday: Back Squat (1RM test) + Row test
Tuesday: 20 min AMRAP/Chipper (test)
Wednesday: Aerobic conditioning / Gymnastics
Thursday: Clean and Jerk (1RM test) + WOD
Friday: Bench press (3RM test) + WOD
Sunday: Snatch + accessory strength
