After last weeks ‘re-test week’ to conclude our most recent 3 month training cycle, we won’t have an ‘official’ programming summary this week. We want to take the pressure off and make it a fun, varied and stress free week of training!
The daily WOD will still be posted on the website the night before so you’ll know what to prepare for the next day.
As for now though, enjoy your week of training, and as always, ask away if you have any questions!
