– Technique primer, keep it light but build as needed
WOD B
3 POSITION SNATCH
15 mins to build to a heavy set in the complex
WOD C
3 SNATCH PULLS + 3 SNATCH GRIP RDL’S
3 secs negative on RDL
In the remaining time in class, work through 4-5 sets, building as heavy as technique allows:
3 Snatch pulls
+ 3 Snatch grip RDL’s w/ 3 secs negative

– Use lifting straps if you have them
