Tabata 20′ Bear hug carry 100/70lb

Tabata Ski

Tabata Burpee pull-ups

– 28 mins total
– Start on any of the 4 Tabatas and move in order
– Score = total combined reps
-Bear hug carry: every 20’= 1 rep
-Try to scale burpee pull-ups to a burpee jumping pull-up, or just burpees if neededWOD B
