Dynamic joint warm-up + stretch
Review + warm-up burpees + TTB progressions
TIME AFTER TIME
E3MOM x 10 sets:
300/250m Row, 250/200m Ski, or 700/600m Bike
6-8 Burpee bar touches
7-10 Toes to bar
– Work at a pace/rep scheme that is challenging but sustainable.
– You should be getting 45-60+ secs rest to start out
– Scale TTB to leg/knee raise or to V-up/Tuck-up as needed.
Coach led stretch / mobility work in remaining time
