Toes to bar

Double KB front rack lunge steps (2 x 24/16kg)

— Rest exactly 5 mins —

20 – 15 – 10 reps of:

Handstand push-ups (kipping ok)

Double dumbbell power cleans (2 x 50/35lb)

Subtract the 5 min rest from finish time.

Start on either couplet and switch places / stations with a partner when you have both completed the first half
