With a partner of similar ability, complete AMRAP in 30 mins:
400m Ball run
50 Wallballs (30/20 slam ball – 10/9ft)
400m Ball run
50 Kettlebell swings (32/24kg)
400m Ball run
50 Toes to bar
400m Ball run
50 Hand release push-ups

Run together, carry your wallball ball with you (one ball between partners)
Split reps evenly, one athlete working at a time.
400m Run = 1 rep for final score.
