With a partner of similar ability, complete for total rounds: (37 min)

7 min AMRAP: 8/6 Cal Bike

7 min AMRAP: 100ft Sled push (55/25)

– 3 min rest –

7 min AMRAP: 10/7 Cal Ski

– 3 min rest –

7 min ARMAP: 4 Dumbbell burpee box step up (50/35 – 20″)

Alternating complete rounds with your partner and count only complete rounds for a total score.

Start on any station and rotate in order.

Re-set Bike / Ski for each round / athlete
