Technique primer:
Every 2 min x 6 sets:
Sets 1-3: 3 Muscle Cleans + 3 1&1/4 Front Squats + 6 Split Press
Sets 4-6: 3 1 Hang Clean + 1 Clean + 2 Push Press + 2 Split Jerks (pause in landing for 2-3 secs)

Build each set as needed but keep things pretty light on these sets.
Focus on perfecting technique and positioning.

WOD B

2 Cleans + 2 Jerks
Clean & Jerk

E2.5MOM x 6 sets:
Sets 1-3: 2 Cleans + 2 Jerks @ 75-80%
Sets 4-6: 1 Clean & Jerk @ 80-85%
