Wallballs (20/14lb)
Box jumps (24/20″)
Kettlebell swings (24/16kg)

-Step down recommended on box jumps
-Beg/Int athletes: choose to scale weight/reps if needed (30-25-20-15-10 = 100 rep total vs 150 rx), or complete as a parter WOD split reps evenly one athlete working at a time.

ACCESSORY
Roll out glutes, quads, calves (roller and/or lacrosse ball)
90s/side each: couch stretch / pigeon pose / calf stretch
