-Divide swings and wallballs evenly, one person working at a time

With a partner, complete the following:
50 Ab-wheels
100 situps
150 Russian twists

-Perform the exercises in any order but split reps evenly
-One partner must hold a plank while reps are being completed – can be a front or side plank
