30 secs jog on the spot

10 secs sprint on the spot

30 secs jog on the spot

10 secs jumping jacks

– no rest between rounds –

2 rounds:

10 Alternating scorpion stretches

20-30 secs dip extension stretch

Warmup a few reps of WOD movements

5 rounds, each for time of:

20 Table pull-ups

30 Chair dips

40 Sit-ups

50 Squats

– rest 3 mins between each round –

– Score = total time – 12 mins rest

– Scale reps in half or however needed to maintain fairly consistent pacing across the workout
