WARM UP – MOBILITY
8-10 mins agility ladder + dynamic stretches

3 Rounds of:
2 mins at each station, rest 1 min between exercises (35 mins)
Bike
50′ Shuttle Sprints
Row
Sled Drag – laps around rig

-Try walking both forwards and backwards for sled drags, add weight as needed
-Start at any station and move in order
-No score today, aim to work at a steady pace across the workout and don’t stress about reps!

3 Sets, rest as needed between exercises
10 Single Leg KB RDL’s /side
15-20 KB Oblique Side Bends /side
6-10 Ab-wheel Roll-outs
