10 Burpee pull-ups

15 Box jump over step-downs 24/20″

200m Run

– Scale burpee pull-ups down to 6-8 as needed

45 secs on / 15 secs off x 3 sets of each (9 mins)

V-ups or tuck-ups

Side plank raises and/or side plank hold left side
