WOD A

2 CLEANS + 2 JERKS
Complete 2 Cleans, followed by 2 Jerks
Cleans do not have to be T&G
Build to a heavy 2 Cleans + 2 Jerks for the day

WOD B

SNATCH BALANCE X 3
5 sets of 3 Snatch Balance at 80-85% of 1RM
Rest 2-3 mins between sets

WOD C

PAUSE SNATCH PULL X 2
Pause at the knees for 3 secs on both reps
E2MOM x 6-8 Sets:
2 Pause Snatch Pulls @ 85-90% of 1RM Snatch

Optional Conditioning

HARRY POTTER AND THE DUMBELL HALLOWS
5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
DB Man Makers 2 x 45/30lb (1 rep = pushup on DB’s, row left, pushup, row right, power clean, push press)
*Complete a 100′ Sled Push 110/70lb after each round of Man Makers
