High Hang – Knees – Floor
*You may drop and reset for floor repE3MOM x 7 sets:
1 set of the snatch complex

– Snatch reps may be power or squat
WOD B
Alt. E90SECS x 4 sets of each:
1) 6-8 BTN snatch grip push press
2) 6-8 Snatch grip deadlifts

– Build as needed over the 4 sets, medium-heavy weights. Keep reps smooth
