Complete for time:

800m run, then;

2, 4, 6, 8, 10 reps of:

– Deadlift (275/185)

– Box jump (30/24)

800m run, then;

4, 8, 12, 16, 20 reps of:

– Alternating dumbbell snatch (50/35)

– Burpee over the barbell (lateral)

800m run

Deadlift should be no more that 70% of 1RM
