In 20 min build to a heavy single clean and jerk

15 min AMRAP:

 

5 x Clean & Jerk (135/85)

15 x Unbroken Wallballs (20/14)

-30s forced rest between rounds –

 

(C&J weight should be manageable with good form for touch and go reps, scale the wallball so that a least the first few rounds can be unbroken, for Rx athletes all WB sets must be unbroken)
