Handstand Pushup x ME strict + kipping – Unbroken (Add 2-4” deficit if 10 are easy)

*Modify with Abmat under head or Sub 5 Wall Walks for HSPU*

KB Bench Press x 10-15 reps (Heavy as possible)

Toes to Bar x ME – Unbroken
