WOD A
6 X SPLIT SQUATS PER LEG + 6 X 1 1/4 BACK SQUATS
E4MOM x 3 sets:
10-8-6 x Bulgarian split squats per leg + 1 1/4 back squats

-Bar in back rack position for split squats, complete reps on both legs and then straight into back squats, no racking the bar in between
-Follow the SS rep scheme for the BS

STANKY LEG
4 rounds for time:
5 DB Thrusters 2×50/35lb
10 DB FR Lunges
15 Burpees
30 Double unders

ACCESSORY
Easy 5-10 min bike or row cool-down
2-3 mins per side:
Couch stretch
