WARM UP – MOBILITY

Low back & adductor stretches
Deadlift activation:
5-7 /side Bird dogs
5-7 /side Dead bugs
10-15 Sumo stance glute bridges
5-7 /side Kossack squats
10-15 BB Sumo deadlifts
WOD A
SUMO DEADLIFT X 3
E2.5MOM x 6 sets:
7/5/5/3/3/3 Sumo deadlifts
- Start at approx. 50-60% of max deadlift, and build as needed to a heavy but not max set of 3

7TH HEAVEN
7 Rounds for time:
7 Hang power cleans 135/95lb
7 Box jumps 30/24″
- You can challenge yourself with the weight, but make sure that you can perform 2-3 sets UB
