25 Wallballs 20/14lb

– Scale burpees & WB down to 15-20 as needed. Challenge yourself but keep moving!
– Row & run distances can come down to 400m as needed
WOD B
Spend the remaining time in class working on a skill/weakness (pullups, handstands, double-unders etc.) and/or work on mobility (mobility counts as a weakness!). Ask the coach if you need some ideas/coaching.
