WOD A) 10 mins to work through 2-3 Rounds for good movement / stability / flexibility:


1-2 Turkish Get-Ups per arm – moderate weight, focusing on pausing in each position

20-40 secs Hollow Body hold/rock

6-8 DB or KB Single Leg RDL’s per leg


WOD B) 4 Rounds for time:


20 Calorie Row

20 Hand Release Pushups (Scale to 12-15 reps/regular pushups to keep intensity if needed)

20 Alt. DB Snatches 45/30lb
