  • Don’t try to build to a max in the complex, work on consistent technique with some medium-heavy weights (~ 60-75%)

SNATCH BALANCE X 3
In the remaining time in class, build to a heavy set of 3 snatch balance, aim for in and around your 1RM snatch weight
