WARM UP – MOBILITY

Hip openers, banded glute + core activation

WOD A
Back Squat x 6
Back Squat E2.5MOM x 5 sets:
2×8 @ 60&65%
2×6 @ 70&75%
1×15-20 @ 50%

WOD B
Run The World
In teams of 4, 5 rounds each for total time:
10 Ball Slams 40/30lb (must be an UB set)
100′ Sled Push 135/105lb (3 blues / 3 yellows)

-Partner 1 completes their 10 BS + 50′ SP, then partner 2 etc. until all team mates have completed 5 rounds each

ACCESSORY
1) Easy 5 min bike cool-down
2) 2-3 min Couch Stretch per side
3) 2-3+ mins Hip Opener Lunge/Pigeon Pose per side
