8-10 mins laps around rig / dynamic stretches

Get into a group of 4 and split up, 1 person starting on each station

3 Rounds of 2 mins per station, 30 secs rest between (30 mins)
1) 50′ Backwards sled drag + 50′ forwards sled push 55/35lb
2) Burpees
3) Double-unders

4) Ski Cals

-Score = total reps.
-Every 25′ on the sled = 1 rep
-Divide double-under / skipping reps by 3
