3 rounds for time with a partner:
6 x 20/15 Cal Row (approx. 60 secs)
6 x 40 Double Unders (no more than 60 secs)

-Alt. 20/15 Cal intervals until you have completed 3 sets each, then alt. 40 double unders until you’ve completed 3 sets each, then repeat for 3 rounds
-Row at a hard but sustainable pace
