BACK SQUAT

BACK SQUAT X 3

Back Squat: 6-7 mins to warmup, then E3MOM x 5 sets:

Set 1: 5 reps @ 70%

Set 2: 4 reps @ 75%

Sets 3-5: 3 reps @ 80%, 82.5 & 85%

– All sets should be makable, so adjust % on the last set if needed

WOD B

In the remaining time in class, complete 3-4 super sets:

7 BB Bulgarian split squats /side @ 31X0 tempo

7 x 1 1/4 double KB front squats

– rest 1:30-2 mins –
