In teams of 3 complete the following for time:

100 Back squats (135/95 lbs)
75 Pull-ups
50 Shoulder-to-overhead (135/95 lbs)

100 Front squats (95/65 lbs)
75 Pull-ups
50 Shoulder-to-overhead (95/65 lbs)100 Overhead squats (65/45 lbs)
75 Pull-ups
50 Shoulder-to-overhead (65/45 lbs)

(Only one person working at a time, 2 other teammates may help “human rack” the barbell while switching. 10 Burpee penalty for any dropped barbells. Group with others using the same weight barbell.)
