3 Rounds:
10-15 Green Theraband Ext. Rotations per side
10-15 Red Band Pull-aparts
8-10 Light DB Bench Press
6-8 Ring Rows

Bench Press (BW / 3/4 BW)
Pull-ups

-Bench Press & Pullups are a super set, Pullups must start as soon as you have finished your set on the Bench
-Rest approx. 2-3 mins between sets
-Score = total combined reps

ACCESSORY

3-4 Sets:
10-12 Incline DB Pec Flies
10-12 Bent Over DB or BB Rows
2-3 Crossover Plyo exercises each round
-Rest 90-120 secs-
