WHAT IS ONRAMP

WHY DO I NEED IT?

As you get ready to begin your CrossFit journey, the first thing we need to do is get you prepared for classes! We'll work 1 on 1 with you to teach you all the technical movements you'll need to join classes. This ensures that you know the safest way to perform the movements, the purpose of the movements and to create great habits to ensure long-term success. After purchase and completion of our onramp program, you are ready for classes and eligible for a rebate of $100 toward your first membership! (deducted from your last payment of your membership).

DROP IN POLICY

WE LOVE VISITORS!

In order to make sure that your experience with us is nothing short of amazing, we ask that you observe the following BEFORE purchase.

 

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED

  • We have rigid class caps and classes sell out – Don’t show up without a reservation. If you do, you will be asked to go to the website to register yourself (if there is space). Classes are reservable 46 hours before the class start time.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • You must have a minimum of 3 months CrossFit experience to drop in. If you purchase a drop in and are not qualified, you will not be permitted to enter the class and NO refund will be given.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • There is a 2 hour minimum cancellation required for classes. Failure to cancel within 2 hours of the class start time will result in a forfeit of Drop In Fee. Cancelling a session in time does not give you a refund, only a credit for future use. No refunds.

MAKING YOUR PURCHASE

Dropping in to one of our CrossFit classes is $30 per session plus GST (unless otherwise stated at the checkout).

  • Simply click the button below and you will find our classes that accept drop ins.
  • Click on the class you wish to attend (within 46 hours prior to the class start time)
  • You will be guided through account creation (or log in if you’ve been here before),
  • A current waiver will be presented for signature.
  • Payment will be required (Visa or Mastercard) to complete your registration and reserve your class
