I was delighted to receive this success story from one of our members!
I used to do trail running races a few years back, but hadn’t recently, mostly because I wasn’t working out or training. I thought since I’d done Crossfit over the winter I should give the races a try again to see how I’d do. The first race was this Saturday and I set a PR for both time and place in standings (12th out of 218, my previous best was 46th). I have to say I was really getting tired of doing squats every week — but they really helped running up those hills. 🙂 (well, that and all the other conditioning work Crossfit does). Now I’m hoping I can crack the top 10 by the end of the season. Thanks for the awesome training.
