WHY WOULD I NEED THIS?
Not everyone needs this program. It designed to help those who have specific challenges with their bodies. Do you struggle lifting weights overhead? Is squatting to depth a difficult thing regardless of weight? These are just a couple of examples of someone who would benefit from working with Shannon. The first step is to address the limiting factors of your functional movement.

  • Identify challenging functional movement patterns
  • Identify challenges in joint range of motion, joint mobility, or joint stability
  • Create a curated list of corrective exercises to supplement your workouts
  • Create both in-person and online accountability
