It’s been a while since I posted one of these. The move into the new space has been so much work! Now that we finally have our heads above water again, I am happy to share things like this… From a happy member:
I was initially worried about starting Crossfit – I’ve heard mixed things re: injuries so I knew if there was any truth to that it would be important to find a gym that had great coaching. My friend Patrick David raved about your Box/the coaches and it is the reason I commute to get there 3-4 days a week. I am so thankful I decided to join because he was spot on with his assessment. Your coaches – every.single.one – are so knowledgeable, inspiring, challenging and patient! Your members are incredibly welcoming and for that I am thankful.
I am excited to continue with 604.
