In teams of 2, complete 3 rounds for time:
500m Ball run 40/30lb
50 SA DB thrusters 50/35lb
50 Ball pass sit-ups 40/30lb
50 KB swings 32/24kg
50 Knees to elbows

-One ball between the 2 of you, take it in turns to carry during run, ball must not touch the ground until the workout is over – 15 burpee penalty if it does. Ball must be held in ‘bear hug’ position by non working partner while thrusters, swings and K2E reps are being completed.
-Hold ball on chest for sit-ups
