Halting Snatch-pull (above the knee 2 secs) + Hang Snatch + Snatch Balance @ 50-60% of 1RM – use this as warmup for B
WOD B) Snatch: 20 mins to work up to 85-95% and perform 3 singles here
WOD C) Alt. e2mom x 5 sets of each:
1) 2-3 Snatch High-pulls 90%+ (only perform 3 reps if you can keep your speed at the heavier weight)
2) 1 Snatch Balance + 3 Overhead Squats 80%+
