WARM UP – MOBILITY
** Grab a red band & barbell **
2-3 mins Running on the spot, high knees, speed skaters etc.
Shoulder & thoracic rotations, hip openers
Red band shoulder warmups
BB Snatch warmup
WOD A
SNATCH X 3
POWER SNATCH X 3

  • 20 mins to work some heavy-ish but not maximal sets of snatch triples (aim for 3-4 sets at 70-80%)
  • Technique should look the same from your first rep to your last
  • Reps can be power or squat

WOD B
SNATCH PULL X 5
In the remaining time in class, work 4-5 heavy sets of:
5 Snatch pulls
*8-10 Cuban press with plates or DB’s after pulls

  • Continue building from your last set of snatches, going as heavy as technique will allow
