WARM UP – MOBILITY
** Grab a box and warmup weight plate **
2-3 mins jogging, high knees, jumping jacks etc.
Big full body dynamic stretches
10 Russian box step-ups per side / 10 Box jumps
10 Plate deadlifts + 10 Plate presses / 10 plate GTO
5 Cobra pushups + 5 pushups / 5 burpee box jumps
7 Rounds for time:
400m Run, row, ski or 800m bike
10 Plate ground to overhead 55/35lb
10 Burpee box jumps 24/20″
Cool-down with roll and stretch for whatever needs some love!
