12 Push press 115/75lb

12 Box jumps 24/20″

12 Sumo deadlift high-pulls 95/65lb

-Partner up and share barbells for the different weights. You also have the option to use the same weight for both movements if you aren’t worried about Rx’ing

-Stagger second heat by 2-2:30 mins

ACCESSORY

30-40 Russian twists
