WARM UP – MOBILITY
Big dynamic full body warm-up and stretch out (Hips / Hamstrings / Overhead)
Review and warm-up: Deadlift / Hang Power Clean / Shoulder to overhead variations
Partner up and share a barbell for WOD A and B (try to partner with someone of similar strength if possible)
Sharing a barbell with your partner, spend 15 mins establishing your individual heaviest set for the “DT complex”
A split jerk or push jerk is allowed for the S2OH
3 Hang Power Cleans
2 Shoulder to Overhead
Complete 10 rounds for time with a partner of similar abilities (5 rounds each alternating complete rounds):
9 Hang power cleans
6 Push jerks
Rx: 155/105lb (Scale up or down as needed)
0-100 REAL QUICK
Complete for time with a partner.
100 burpees with a lateral jump over your partner holding an elbow plank.
Each “resting” partner must be in an elbow plank the whole time the other partner is completing burpee reps. Switch working athlete as needed but you must do 50 burpees each.
