I didn’t know what to expect when I came to my first class in March, but I have to say the experience at CrossFit 604 is amazing! The coaches are fantastic and the community is very supportive. I’ve made big improvements in under two months and have been having fun doing it! I never thought I’d want to get up for 6am class every day before work…
