This week we are taking the pressure off after a long, grinding strength cycle, followed by last weeks successful re-test week. This week we will be doing some fun barbell complexes, CrossFit benchmark WOD’s, and of course CrossFit 604 WOD’s. Enjoy this “fun” week of training as next week will be another test week to start our next strength/training cycle. Details will be announced in the programming summary next Sunday.
