Weekly Programming Schedule: Oct 3rd – Oct 9th 2016:
604 Brigade!! Great job last week on our testing workouts. We saw so many amazing PR’s and huge increases in strength and capacity, both on the barbell and in our gymnastic movements.
After this past testing week we know many of you will be sore and a bit beat up. This next week will be a programmed de-load week from the heavy stuff and well just have some fun with some more mixed movement days, partner WOD’s and less structured strength work. Dial the intensity down a bit and just come in to move well, get a sweat, and feel good.
