Everyone has their own journey to take… once in a while we are lucky enough to have a part in that. We are so honoured and grateful.
My arms are burning, I have a giant bruise on my leg and everything feels sore…and it’s a great thing! Everyday I feel a little less embarrassed at myself looking in the mirror and I have crossfit 604 to thank for that! 🙂
